I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from initial contact through closings on five farm tracts.  Since Kaimann offers either listing or auction, we discussed the pros and cons of each.  I felt auction offered more of what I was looking for, so that is what I chose.  With his vast experience, Charlie knew how best to divide my 106 acres into tracts, and how to give the high bidder choice on the similar two or three tracts.  He did extensive research on the property, including the pipelines that crossed it.  In addition to the scheduled Open House, he met many other parties for individual showings.  The auction yielded a record amount for tracts of similar acreage in the area.  Charlie and Mary Kay are knowledgeable, friendly professionals and I enjoyed having them handle my sale.  James L.
